Larger features and products are broken into sensible stages so there is visible progress and room for feedback. If the work is better handled as a fixed-scope project, I’ll say so.

Who does the design work?
You work directly with Dean. There is no junior handoff or outsourced design team.
What can I request?
Product flows, onboarding, mobile or web UI, dashboards, design systems and product-related landing pages. Keep as many requests as you need in the queue; I work on one active priority at a time.
How quickly will I see progress?
Smaller, well-defined requests can move in days. More complex product work takes longer and is broken into stages, so you can review progress as it develops.
What happens with a large feature or full app?
We break larger work into sensible stages with room for feedback. If a full app or defined feature is better handled as a fixed-scope project, I’ll tell you.
How do I send requests and give feedback?
Send a written brief, screenshot, Figma link or Loom. We agree what comes next, and you review and comment on the work in Figma as it progresses.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Design Partner runs monthly. You can pause or cancel before your next monthly period. If you want to return later, we’ll confirm availability before restarting.
What if the first design needs changes?
Give feedback while the work is visible in Figma and we’ll refine the direction as part of the active request. We don’t wait for a big final reveal.
What is not included?
Development and backend work, logo or primary brand identity, primary app-icon design, 3D, video and specialist print production are outside this product UI/UX service.
Can I use this for one month?
Yes. There is no requirement to keep Design Partner running indefinitely. Let me know before the next monthly period if you want to stop.
