Whole products, not screens.

Four ways I help turn rough ideas, existing products and half-finished builds into something ready to ship. You work directly with me throughout, with no junior handoff or agency layer.

01

Product design

From a rough idea to a product people can actually use. I work through the structure, flows, UX and interface as one problem, including the states and edge cases that usually get discovered far too late.

  • Product structure and user flows
  • Wireframes and interaction design
  • High-fidelity UX and UI in Figma
  • Responsive states and edge cases
  • Clickable prototypes for testing and demos
  • Developer-ready handoff and build review

02

Mobile apps

iOS and Android products designed with the real platform in mind, not as desktop screens squeezed into a phone. From first flow through onboarding, subscriptions, App Store launch and what happens after users arrive.

  • iOS and Android product design
  • Native patterns and platform behaviour
  • Onboarding, subscriptions and paywalls
  • App Store screenshots and launch assets
  • App Store listing and conversion thinking
  • Post-launch iteration using real product data

Brand identity, logo design and primary app-icon design aren’t included. I work with your existing brand assets.

Design systems

A useful design system should make the next feature easier to ship, not create another library nobody wants to touch. I build systems around the actual product so designers and developers can keep moving without everything slowly drifting apart.

  • Existing product and component audit
  • Colour, type, spacing and design tokens
  • Reusable components and variants
  • Responsive and interaction states
  • White-label and theming support
  • Documentation and developer handoff

AI MVP Cleanup

Built quickly with AI and it shows? I take the rough, generic and inconsistent parts and redesign them into something intentional: clearer flows, stronger hierarchy, proper states and UI that feels like one product rather than twenty generated components.

  • UX and product audit
  • Flow and navigation untangling
  • Visual hierarchy and consistency
  • Missing, loading and error states
  • Core-screen redesign and UI polish
  • A design-system foundation for what comes next

How it runs

Four steps, no discovery theatre.

01

Brief

Send me what you’re building, what’s not working and anything useful: Figma, a live product, deck, screenshots or even a rough message. I’ll tell you if I’m the right fit and what I think the job needs. If a 15-minute call is quicker, we’ll do one.

02

Scope

I turn that into a clear scope, fixed price and delivery plan. If there are still too many unknowns, we agree a short paid discovery piece rather than guessing.

03

Design

You see the work in Figma as it happens, not at a big reveal. Feedback stays close to the work and most projects run two to six weeks.

04

Handover

Build-ready files, a walkthrough for your developers and support while it’s being implemented. I can review the front end against the design before launch.
