The problem
Super Studios had grown out of years of building across gaming, Web3 and the wider Super ecosystem. The challenge was no longer proving that the team could make things. It was explaining clearly what the studio had become and what somebody should hire it to build next.
I had already worked closely with founders Ellio and Dave and the wider team for around six years, so this was not a cold branding exercise. I understood the products, the history, how the team worked and where the business was trying to go.
The new site needed to turn all of that into a much clearer studio story, broadening the positioning beyond crypto and gaming into AI, Web3 and ambitious digital products.

The new structure moved from a list of capabilities to a clearer story about what the studio builds, how the disciplines work together and where the team has already done it for real.
What I did
Because I had worked alongside the founders and team for years, I already understood the products, the audience and the way the business had evolved.
That meant the early work could focus on what had changed and what the new website needed to communicate, rather than spending weeks rediscovering the company from the outside.
The positioning came from the reality of what the team had already built and the direction it wanted to move next.
Terms such as product engineering, Web3 infrastructure, AI, UX research and design systems make sense internally, but they do not automatically explain why somebody should hire the team.
I grouped the capabilities around real product outcomes and used previous work to give each area context.
The aim was to make the technical depth obvious without making the visitor decode the organisation chart first.
The old challenge was not simply showing more work. The website needed to help the right visitor recognise themselves in it and know what to do next.
Case studies, capabilities, proof and calls to action were designed as one journey rather than separate marketing sections.
The result was a more focused studio story built around turning interest into a real conversation.

The finished direction gave Super Studios a clearer way to present a broad technical team, connect its past work to its newer capabilities and move prospective clients from curiosity to a useful next step.
